grown-up toilet

I have tried many attempts to putting our Princess on the potty to poo but to no avail. She will still wait for her diaper to be put-on just before bedtime and does her 'deed'. One day I told her ... "Princess, if you're a good girl, poo in the potty then mommy will buy you a present". I kept reminding her for a few days. And the day finally came ... she told me "Mommy, Aunty Ng (nursery caregiver) said I'm big girl, I must poopoo and weewee in grown-up potty". I quickly brought her to the toilet to do her 'deed'. And there finally she's done it! It so happen that the toy I redeem arrived, so it was given to her as a gift! And from then on she has graduated to a grown-up toilet. I also bought 2 toilet seat covers .. cost us RM70plus. Sheesh and no discount!

small talks

24th April 2006: The nursery owner - Ms Ng related to me about the conversation she had with Princess. It goes like this. Aunty: Did you enjoyed your trip to Bangkok? Princess: Yes. Its nice. Aunty: You say you'll bring me holiday but you didn't. You know .. when you left that day, I cried. Princess: No need to cry! Ok .. no need to cry. I bring you next time. 3rd May 2006: When I picked the kids, Princess was wearing the skirt and blouse I bought for her from Bangkok. Princess had a little conversation with Ms Ng that goes like this .. Princess: See my "baju" (clothes) so sexy (wonder where she learn the word). Aunty: Wah .. so pretty. Can I try it on. Princess: No .. cannot. Aunty: Why cannot? Princess: You big .. this small. Wait .. I buy you another one ok. Ms Ng said the way that she say it was like an adult. Sigh ... my baby is growing up so fast. Sniff sniff.

a day out with the KIDZ

28th April 2006 (Friday): I brought Denisha, Cassandra - my niece and Aeden - my nephew for a day out at Kidzsports N Gym. They were playing there until 7 plus. When my sis and hubby arrived at about 6 plus, Darien played a little while then we went for dinner at Okra. Cassandra with Darien Aedan on the slide Princess waiting for Daddy to arrive

chocolates - one of our favourite snacks

The kids love chocolates. Who doesn't - even Mommy and Daddy does. Especially Denisha ... she loves it so much. Whenever she sees any, her eyes will light light up - like she's seen gold or something. I bought them some belgium chocolates and they enjoyed it so much.

on a typical night at home

Like any other nights when I fetch the kids back home, they would play on their own. While I was in the kitchen, I heard laughters from the hall. I went to have a quick look and there I saw two cheeky monkeys climbed into the playpen. The small one holding a small bowl where I put his cloth to clean him after meals. And there he was using the bowl wearing it like a hat and making his sister laugh. They are so easily amused.
