Sunday ...

This morning Daddy went out quite early for a friend's morning wedding session. As soon as I woke up, I bathed Princess and Boyboy. After that, we went downstairs and Princess would ask for her Barney. Yeah Barney everyday ... and guess what .. Mommy can sing all of Barney's songs. Hehehe. Did a bit of washing here and there, cleaning up and prepared their porridge. By the time their lunch is over at about 12pm, I prepared my own lunch. After that, I asked them to take a nap. It was a challenge because this time round I let them nap downstairs. I put 1 kiddy sofa bed and 1 small mattress side-by-side and demanded them to sleep. Princess lay on it awhile then went off to play her toys. Boy on the other hand, as soon as I catch him getting up, I'll tell him naughty .. go back to sleep. From head up, he'll prop back down on the mattress. So cute. I left them in that position for awhile and went to the kitchen. After a while I went out again, I say Boyboy fast asleep all by himself. And Princess watching the TV .. gosh. I switched off the TV and told her to get some sleep. I dozed off after a short while and when I woke up a few minutes later, Princess was already sleeping beside me. Getting them to sleep is such hard work. Especially as they grow older .... they doesn't seem to want any sleep. Play play and more play. And in the end .. the Mommy or Daddy will sleep before them.

DeepaRaya Trip: Port Dickson

3rd - 4th November 2005: We stayed at Guoman PortDickson Golf Resort. The kids were so happy enjoying themselves. Princess enjoyed playing the sand but Boyboy doesn't like the sand on his feet. He was making a big fuss but he was enjoying the pool so much. He's such a water baby. Princess on the other hand was scared and sat a the side of the pool for awhile. After seeing Boyboy enjoying himself, she decided to go into the pool as well. Both of them enjoyed so much until they doesn't want to get out of the pool. :) The service there was not that good. We booked for a seaview room but somehow the booking was messed up. And the water there was horrible. Was brownish in colour with a rusty smell. Had to get mineral water to boil and drink. This is the last time we are staying there. We met Mun Mun there. What a coincidence! We were looking for a place to eat our dinner and most of the restaurants were quite full so we decided to settle for one that are not too packed. According to her, she didn't complain about the water in Avillion. Initially, we wanted to stay there but the room available was with two single beds. Bummer! Anyway, it was a good break for the kids and us.

Genting Highlands

1st November 2005: Took the kids to Genting Highlands for a-day trip. Reached there bout 3pm. On the way there, Princess had a 2-hour nap and Boy had a 1 and a half-hour nap. We bought McDs for lunch. Got happy meal nuggets for Princess and a McEgg for Boyboy. Princess was so tired, she slept and didn't eat it until she woke up. Boyboy ate the whole McEgg all by himself. Hehehe. Princess was so fascinated with the merry-go-round. She kept telling me .. horse. I asked her .. "Do you want to sit?". She said yes. Then when I let her ride in it, she asked me to carry her all the way until it finishes. Aiyaya! Overall, the kids enjoyed the trip there.

Boy is really sleepy ... *yawn*

Oops ... what is Daddy's hand doing there.

Daddy with the two precious gems. "Mummy I'm really stoned!"
